Returns & Refunds Policy
At Myria, we prioritize the quality and safety of our luxury skincare products. Due to the nature of skincare items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the item. Kindly provide images and videos of the product and packaging to help us review your request and assist you better. All approved return requests will be eligible for a replacement of the same product.
Note: Any transaction-related processing may take 6-7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed through the original payment method.
Product Damage
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our customer service team immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the product. Provide images or videos of the damaged item along with the packaging for review.
After the 24-hour window, we will not be able to honor requests for replacements.
Delivery Issues
For delivery issues or discrepancies, including problems with the delivery agent or issues with Proof of Delivery (POD), please raise your request within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may request identity and signature proof to help us address the issue.
For payment issues or delivery delays, our customer care team is available to assist you between 9 AM and 6 PM on business days.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the case of order cancellations prior to shipment or if a damaged or defective product is unavailable for replacement. If a refund is processed, it will be done through the original payment method.
International Orders
For international orders, no refunds or returns will be accepted once payment is confirmed and the order is processed. Additionally, cancellations or returns are not accepted after the order has been shipped. We appreciate your understanding of these terms.
